I stopped going to this burger king for a while. The employees were always so rude and made me feel like I was bothering them by being there. I decided to give it a try today and went to the drive thru. The lady that was working drive through was so friendly and patient. She didnt make me feel rushed at all. Very helpful and got me out of there fast while still be so friendly. The purple haired manager is amazing. They need to find more like her.
I am requesting that a manager reach out to me regarding a problem I experienced with an employee working at the drive-thru. The employee insisted that I ordered a number 3 when I actually ordered a number 4, and they accused me of lying. The shift supervisor on duty did resolve the issue, but I am concerned that the employee's attitude will not be addressed.
Id be lying if I said Ive ever received better service from any other fast food chain restaraunt! April should be store manager, if not regional! If not single-handedly, she plays a huge role is keeping things flowing here and her customer service skills are admirable! In a world full of negativity, I just want to say well done Burger King #10324!
Typical fast food experience most of the time. Doordashed the other night and food was outright awful, but it was very close to close so im not surprised. I needed food after work, im in a restaurant too, last minute orders suck, but i would never intentionally give out bad food. No excuse shame on this burger king for that Réservez une table maintenant
Horrible restaurant. Lazy, shiftless workers that will look from the window not do their job. Constantly closing 90 minutes early more on working class late night people. This is why their brand is dying.. Trash location should shutter. Their employees are stealing from a corporation by pure milingering.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I tried to place my order through the drive-through, but they said it was too large and I had to go inside to complete it. When I ordered a Sprite, I received water instead. There were only three people working, and they were rude when I went inside.
The manager Jerrisha and the other staff at this restaurant are fantastic! The service and food have greatly improved since new management took over. Thank you all so much for such an enjoyable experience. I definitely give this place 5 stars!!!
This store is never open on time and when it is the lady working the drive-thru is awful. It's clear she hates her job and you wanting breakfast annoys her. I've stopped going here because of her. Réservez une table maintenant
Definitely NOT open at 5:30am. They do not respond at drive thru and are rude and surly. Always have an excuse no food, a fire, doing paperwork. They seriously don't want business in the morning.
