I have been really wanting to try the new crispy chicken wrap. So I went three weeks ago and ordered a burger, fries, and a wrap! I got an old chicken sandwich and onion rings. With no wrap. I went last week, ordered the same thing and got a whopper with fries and no wrap. I went tonight again asking for the same thing and was handed a very small and light bag. And I could have said something but I just drove away laughing. And when I opened this bag tonight i was hoping beyond hope for a wrap and there was a… junior whopper! The food at Burger King is exactly what you would expect. However, if you're in a hurry, I advise against going inside, as you could end up waiting a long time due to slow service at the front. When it comes to condiments like ketchup, be prepared to be charged for every little thing. For my family of four, I asked for ketchup packets and was given just four individual packets. I also had to go back for napkins and was largely ignored, likely due to insufficient staff at the front. It's evident that the management is trying to nickel-and-dime customers, hoping to run this place with minimal effort, but the staff seems quite unhappy.
All one star reviews aside—I’ve been a Burger King fan for years and I’m kind of sad to hear they’re closing hundreds of restaurants in America this year. I’ve dined into this BK today and I’ve had a great whopper and fries, just like always. Hopefully none of the burger kings in Massachusetts don’t get shut down. They’re a huge contribution to society.
I wouldn't recommend visiting this location. I've consistently had problems with my orders here. When I try to address issues with the staff, they create a big deal about it without offering any real help. I've received the wrong order several times and have even been told I need to pay for the items I originally ordered.

Went here with my friend today lady at window was not nice at all I walked in to ask for one extra sweet and sour because we got a lot of food and she rudely said no because I would have to pay extra which was no problem then as we were eating our very squishy bland food I found one of her hairs on my chicken nuggets…
I had to wait 25 minutes for my food because there was only one person working during my visit. This is my second time at this location, and it will likely be my last.
Not sure what all the one stars are about, this place was friendly, got my food quickly and it was super hot and delicious!
