Came for dinner at approximately 8pm. Dining room full with one order. The lady taking the order, Christina, was very pleasant, even though she was doing counter orders and drive though orders. Customers with a large order were very snippy to the lady, but she was pleasant throughout the rudeness! Will be back. Feel bad though because the store seemed very short staffed!
Mold on chicken sandwich! Ordered with extra cheese got charged for it that was not on it. I couldn’t get a refund because person in charge on that shift didn’t know how to do a refund!! She blamed manager for not showing here how to do a refund. Totally unprofessional but what do you expect from a Burger King. I will never eat at a Burger King again!!
Unfortunately, we have to travel quite a distance to reach a Burger King. They used to have two locations in my area, but both of them closed a few years ago, and I just don't understand why.

Service and food is absolutely terrible. You'd been better off getting gas station food at the Mobile next before eating here!
I just went through the drive-thru was the same as any other these fast food restaurants are getting very very!!!!
Pulled up to the drive thru at 10. 30 pm. Everything was in darkness. I guess they must have new hours...
