For several years, the atmosphere was nice, allowing me to sit back, enjoy my meal, and use the Wi-Fi, which was a definite plus. Occasionally, if a lower-level manager was having a bad day, the experience could become negative, but fortunately, that was the exception rather than the rule. Overall, I appreciated my time there.
The food was served cold; I ordered a hamburger with fries, and everything was chilled. I sent it back, but when it came out again, it was still the same. The cookies were undercooked as well. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, as the staff weren't very attentive.
There were no cars in line, and the food was completely cold—absolutely disappointing. I used to rave about this place.
