I'm not one to complain, but this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. The drive-thru was backed up so bad and the wait was so long people pulled out of line. We decided to go inside to order. There was no one in the restaurant accept the staff. Finally got our order taken, and almost 40 minutes later I was still standing there waiting for my food! Then they decided to tell me they were out of half the items I ordered and their explanation was they were waiting for the truck. The lady who took my order was very nice. The very slow teenagers who were cooking the food were another story. The one adult back there didn't help matters. Extremely rude and incompetent....
Ok ok I may be pregnant and may have cravings. But aside from that my food was SUPER FRESH!!! Nice and hot and steamy straight from the grill. Employees were very helpful and nice. And they were quick. And made sure I had everything in my bag with out me having to ask for ketchup or napkins. Let's just say the burger with all is steamy yummy gooey cheese very much satisfied this mama and baby! Thank you team!!! I'm a very appreciative!!
Specifically the one on N Belair Rd by I 20: alked in at 745, I finally ordered at 754 pm(only one order ahead of me and they finished orderingas I walked in), got my food at 830. For those counting, that is 45 mins for a fast food joint on the interstate. Opened the bag after I got back on the road and only had the main portions of the food i ordered, no sides at all.So if you are in a hurry, do not use this BK location.
Management is ok but there is an ongoing issue with missing food and communication at this location. Not sure I will be returning.

It's Burger King. The original chicken sandwich is still fantastic. However, I primarily go for the croissanwiches.
Friendly staff in Christmas hats! Quick service just 10 minutes after they opened, cheerful and ready to work.
