Local to the area for more than 14 years been going to this place for a while now they've gone drastically downhill this evening Saturday October 1st 7:25 I went there to get some food I pulled directly up to the microphone proceeded to tell my order the woman says I cannot hear you as happens every time I'm there so I speak louder so the woman starts screaming back (dark hair late 40s) at this point I'm just annoyed with the place so I go up to get my food and I asked the guy about what's going on with the microphone he then proceeds to say you have to be right up to it I told him I was as I was telling him about his coworker he just closes the window I paid with $100 bill and was prepared...
my daughter really likes that bk the new speckroy fries. at this place is eating always hot, fresh, super-fast-food we have friendly service! I have stopped going to bk for a long time because the ones we have gone (not this,) always gave us cold eating terrible service. I once tried to cheat my cc. So I stopped going after bk for about 5 years. only what I'm gonna say is the price ridiculous. you could go to Dennys or 5 youngs for the same price. for 3 people it costs almost $40 for 3 worth meals. really bk must lower the prices! I just bought from the value menu to see what the price for 3 meals for 3 people would be $25. this is the value menu sad!
Annette SHOULD NOT BE A MANAGER OR ANY TYPE OF A LEAD! She was incredibly disrespectful and degrading to several employees in front of multiple customers. While I did not have any personal interaction with her, it was so bad that I almost jumped in. She does not have a clue about managing people and should possibly look into a job that does not deal with people. BK corporate, investigate this and talk to the employees at this branch, I think they will have some interesting stories to tell. This is an embarrassment for the brand and I wasn't the only one appalled by it that day!
Ordered a Ch 'King. Guy gives me a crispy chicken for over $5.00. After I get it and ask, he says we don 't have that any more. Could have told me that BEFORE I got it, no? BK returns to the bottom of the chicken sandwich heap with this mediocre piece of meat. Réservez une table maintenant
