Has anyone else experienced this timer thing at the window? Have you ever decided to add something to your order at the window? If so, Don't do that here. They tell you they are on a timer and you have to go back through the drive through again to order again. What in the world is that??? I have never in my life had to do that. I am no young chicken either. That was just crazy. Got off work late and thought I would get a bite to eat and had to experience this. I just don't get it. ?
The customer service at this Burger King location is severely lacking. The food they serve is not appetizing at all, lacking in taste. The drive-thru experience is unwelcoming and outdated. The facility appears old and has a musty smell. There is a lack of energy and enthusiasm among the staff. On top of all this, the customer service and management are subpar. It makes you wonder what the owner is thinking. I will not be returning to this Burger King anytime soon.
I went through the drive through... While their service expedient and pleasent, they put American cheese on the Italian chicken sandwichs. When I tried to call and let them know, their ONLY phone number listed is a fax number. So disappointed. Can't eat the sandwiches. Marinara sauce and American cheese simply do not go together. The young lady at the window is the ONLY reason this location gets any stars at all!!
The Girls there be getting people orders wrong. Then they wanna sit there, and treat you like a idiot, like they can't hear you or something.... come on blud ? Réservez une table maintenant
that was a chaos that will not be dirty in the driveway or through the driveway through the outside seat will not get my business back.
I love Burger King, it's a great place to eat. The restaurant is clean and they provide excellent customer service.
This restaurant was not good. Why were there wobbles so early in the evening and why did the pommes taste off?
After waiting for more than 5 mins. I got a cold burger. I won't recommend this branch to anybody. Réservez une table maintenant
Which when you ask for a fresh chicken sandwich they wouldn't burn the sandwich.
