They will not answer the phone and also have the outgoing message as we do not accept messages . They are scared to actually speak with customers which tells you a lot about their lack of integrity, or lack there of. Sadly, the corporate office shows noconcern or any noticable level of care for the customer. They just really do not care in any way for their customers. Tarek inthe corporate office said he was too busy to listen to my feedback.... Nice. I really used to like BK but I 'm done now and willmake sure to share my experience with as many people as possible.
Plan on spending at least 30 minutes in the line I'm not exaggerating. I was at the speaker ready to order and they had me wait another 10 minutes and there were six cars behind me. They were in no hurry to get the line moving and I'm ready to pay and there's still three cars ahead of me in the line. Today is Sunday April 3rd so if I were you I would go somewhere else unless you don't mind waiting for fast food
that must be by far the worst almost food place in the country! the workers are standing around more and talking than anything else, and when they work, it is as if it was their first day with zero training. before some weeks I said the dame on the car through that someone had pooped in front of the window and that it really stunk bad, it was never cleaned up, it just dried herself.
it's not something I like to eat in the regular, but bk creates consistently food that I could keep for feeding to a dog or maybe a pow. okay, to be fair, her chicken sandwich is not the worst thing I ever had, and her horses are not bad, but every time I have been, I'm always disappointed with something. It's okay. homeless people tented near, so I wouldn't feel comfortable when my wife came in. even the drive through has a homeless side next to the drive thru. eating is meh. 1 out of 10 times my pommes were fresh and crispy. but I have an air shelf so I can only handle it for a few minutes and it's okay.
This place is crazy busy, and usually there is only 1 person taking orders for both front and drive thru. The food is excellent when you actually get it. The scheduling is not what it could be for night shift. The morning people need to help out theevening crew sometimes!
I often go there, most days of the week, one of the workers, james is his name, is absolutely amazing, he always brings a smile to my face! my order is always taken right when it is. 10/10 recommend to go there when they go to a burger king! Réservez une table maintenant
