Mod Pizza - Réservation de table

We went in last night (Friday) around 6:30pm. They must have had a lot of online or takeout orders, because there was no one in front of us in line, and hardly anyone dining in, but we waited for 10 whole minutes while they made pizza after pizza without acknowledging us at all. We ordered two of the pizzas on their menu and a small salad. All the ingredients were wilted and looked old. The pizza crust is clearly pre-made and doesn't puff up in the oven the way you'd expect from a wood fired pizza oven. They skimped on toppings. There was a gentleman in a hat and a tie-dye shirt working while I was there. EXCELLENT customer service, everyone else not so much. I didn't catch his name, but he was greeting customers, manning the oven, taking orders and remaining positive. I understand retail in the food industry isn't easy, and while people come for the food, they come back for the experience. Great job.

Update....... The owner messaged me and tried to make things right. He was very kind and sent us 2 coupons for free MOD sized pizzas. Much appreciated and in my opinion a great way to do business.

I love Mod pizzas. I visited this particular place just once, while I was passing by. The pizza I ordered turned out to be really under-cooked. Might be a one-off case; not sure. Réservez une table maintenant

Super duper good pizza ???????. Even though there was a weirdo staring at me when I was eating. He wasn't an employee, just a customer. Other than that, a great time!
