So let me put it like this, if you have a whole day to waste waiting on an order, than come on down! But seriously this is ridiculous, I put in a mobile order for lobby pick up, should've been started by the time I was rolled up and got inside. To my surprise when I get in the place filled with maybe 10 customers max, not ordering but waiting on 10+ ticket times on orders. Me and my girlfriend have been waiting for about 15 mins, enough time for me to smoke and watch some TV, asked them about how much longer on my order to be informed that it's just getting started on, just started on! This is crazy, never coming back again.
Went tonight for three items and got completely wrong order. Went back to correct order and the young women at the window was really apologetic and had the situation under control. The bigger built female manager with arm tattoos which also works at the location on Stockton Blvd came to the window VERY rudely and was very unprofessional. I’ve had problems with her at the other location as well and now go to this one to avoid her. Now she is at this location and is extremely unprofessional and STILL gave me the wrong order. I do not understand how this women is a manager that works at multiple locations with that attitude.
Extremely rude staff. Perhaps a product of the neighborhood. The tattoo faced girl that handed us our drinks said, she don 't know which one is the Dr Pepper . It turns out both drinks were Pepsi. When we told her, she said, No they ain 't . Perhaps hiring people that have a sense of customer service along with the ability to speak correctly would help. I will gladly go to any other Taco Bell. I don 't need to argue with trashy, uneducated, rude employees.
I ordered 3 items for pick up through door dash. Took them 40 minutes to make my order. My pickup time was supposed to be before the lobby closed. I get there and they closed the lobby and told me that I have to go through the drive through which took an additional 25 minutes when the worker could have ran the order out to me

I order 2 Nacho Doritos locos tacos with no lettuce. They came with maybe a spoonful of meat and a sprinkle of cheese. It looked like someone took one small spoon of meat and spread it across the bottom of the taco shell. There was not even enough to call it a taco. I feel like I just paid for the taco shells $6.
Ate inside during an inpromptu visit from family out of town. Super easy, correct order, attentive staff, and clean location. They also rock when they're slammed at night, we might have to wait but they get our food right.
This is our local taco bell. The staff is always friendly and usually everything is fine. I don't blame the workers for staffing troubles or menu restrictions, so I don't particularly have any complaints.
Taco Bells drive thru line is absolutely insane. Every time I've gone there thinking it'll be a quick trip, turns in to the longest waiting time.

Went through the drive through it was quick service was nice good spot to grab a quick
