The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, even if you come inside to order when the drive-thru line is busy. It is puzzling why the drive-thru orders are completed faster than those inside. Additionally, they do not pay attention to substitutions listed on the receipt. The food seems to be made fresh to order, but the wait time for a simple burger combo can be lengthy. Overall, the service was rated a 1 out of 5, the food a 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 3 out of 5. The price per person for a meal is between $10-20.
I have to wait at the first window where you pay before they make my food every time I come here. It's no longer a fast food place. I waited longer at that first window than at any other point in my visit. It seems like they are prioritizing reducing their drive-thru wait time over serving customers quickly. They need to work on being faster instead of making customers wait longer.
I have visited this restaurant twice in the past few weeks and was disappointed to find the drive-thru closed both times. Despite this inconvenience, I would still give the restaurant 3 stars because the cashier was very helpful and friendly. The rest of the crew was also generally friendly. Thank you.
