I dont know what is wrong with Burger King as a franchise for this location but as a whole company in term of their corporation they are not doing a good job of staffing enough people to operate a fast food restaurant. I have been to various burger king all over town and each time the wait time to pick up my order is very long and this is with mobile order. Sometimes the store close during Business hours but ordering system still open then when i come, there's no one there. At other time only a few staff working and it took a very long time to get my order. There are time that only one person working at the restaurant and when i try to pick up food the staff inform me that this staff member...
Why are they still open? Lol Don't know what the workers were doin but, the first and last time I went there they splat BBq sauce all over my burgers. Like what did I ever do to you to deserve this s* . Been like a yr and a half since, was hoping they got shut down by now. Trash workers. I swear they gotta be doing some illegal s there if they still open. That's how bad they are.
I don't know what happened to this place. On my way home from work at night and i stopped by. There was a car parked and the lights turned on inside. As soon as i pulled up and was heading towards the drive through all of the lights shut off as if done intentionally.Compare this to Taco bell 4 buildings away, the customer service is night and day!
this place must be bulldozed. it's inside and out. half time closed. the days that I was there and left the building in all the staff, hang with this guy in a white car hanging there all the time. eating is often cold and pop donor is broken without ice. great location just run terrible. Was there today. The burger seems drenched in water or something. Like it was oily wet? Opened the burger to find a hair. Tossed the whole meal out and soda machine was messed up. Is it just me or are all BKs and white castles run poorly? Can't find a good one in the whole state.
