Burger King - Réservation de table

Requested heavy mayo and heavy tomato, receieved very little of each. Heard cashier at window specifically ask cooks if they had both and heard a response of yes so didn't check until out of the area. Chicken was extremely dry and over cooked. Service was very slow and lines were getting backed up. Attempted to go here for breakfast before work on several occasions and discovered that nobody was working (hours were correct and posted assume people just didn't show for work). Poorly managed, bad service and bad food quality, wouldn't recommend to anyone and will not return again.

Went thru the ride thru tonight @8:06pm. Girls on the window wore no mask at all or uniform, girls making food was also not wearing a mask. I asked for no tomatoes on my burger and literally they only went the trouble to beat some Mayo. Why do you pay these people to put people in danger and do what they want? As someone working with food, it is sad that these employees do not even follow basic Kovid rules, Dont bs me with ?i cant wear a mask? I personally wear one for 10-12h a day. Ridiculous will call the health department. Stay away from this BK

I have been coming to this restaurant almost twice a week for the past few months and have experienced excellent service and high-quality food every time. There were some hiccups before February or January, but since then, they have quickly improved. What sets this place apart for me is the freshness of their food. Compared to other Burger King locations I have tried, the food quality here is consistently better and always fresh, especially the bread. The staff is also great and I appreciate their kindness when I place my order.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 whoppers because of sale along with 2 onion rings. We got up to the window and they gave us a bag of food. We waited until they opened the window again, told them we didn't pay yet. He gave us the correct total and we gave him the money. He gave us our change and another bag. When we got home we realized the first bag was our whoppers and onions rings and the second bag must have been the food for the people behind us. Felt bad but we were already home. Very unorganized. We waited for 30 minutes with 3 cars ahead of us, and this is not the first time this has happened. This restaurant is poorly managed. I don't blame the employees, but rather the management. Every customer I have encountered at this establishment has been disappointed. It's only a matter of time before it goes out of business. Two drive-thru lanes? What a joke! By the way, our order was completely wrong. I recommend staying far away from this Burger King - they make you wait and can't even get your order right.

I would not recommend this location. I frequently experience issues here. Today I tried to order food and their system was down. They expected me to just come back in 20 minutes. When I've tried to use company wide coupons they tell me their system can't handle it. Yet if I go to a different location I never have a problem. The staff here is not very friendly either.

I ordered to go through and grab Burger. It was at 2:00. There was no rush. After the burgers got the food, the burgers were almost sampled and strangely they had not this flamb boiled taste. Besides, the burgers didn't even taste like meat. There was a change, because if so, I will probably not visit a BK again. Sad.

I had a slightly complicated order at this restaurant, but the service was very fast and accurate! They didn't miss a beat. I just wish the parking lot was better maintained. My car had some trouble navigating the snowy roads in the lot because they weren't plowed very well. Réservez une table maintenant

Slow service tonight. Idk, what happened, but a 6-minute wait was more than 15. Usually quite good service.
