I walked inside to stretch my legs and pick up my online order, which I had placed just five minutes earlier. As I showed the customer service representative my mobile order confirmation, she appeared confused and overwhelmed. She hurried to the back and dropped a batch of onion rings into the fryer. A few minutes later, I had my order in hand and was on my way out the door. However, just a mile down the road, I discovered that the onion rings were only half cooked. I was too far away to go back. I really hope the restaurant improves their procedures; after all, what if this had been a beef burger or a chicken breast? Getting the order right is definitely more important than speed.

Is your health and safety a priority? I ordered a meal and discovered a small twisted piece of metal in my fries. I reported this to the restaurant and emailed corporate, but it took them three days to respond. I have also filed a police report in hopes that someone will inspect the establishment. The metal fragment is about the size of a penny.

Ordered all off the grill and had them remake that and they had attitude ? if fies and rings aren't crispy that are loaded in oil .
I absolutely adore the spicy nuggets from Burger King. They are the most delicious and best spicy nuggets I have ever had.
They don't pay attention and get the order wrong, even after I've had to go back to get the correct food.
