went to this burger. king around 3:00 pm today 12/30/23 went to the drive thru and waited there and no one answered. there was a Burger King employee sitting outside smoking pott instead of taking my order. and yes I said smoking POTT because as I was pulling away he looked at me and the smell of post was very strong. I will never go to another Burger King in the West Columbia, or Lexington area again. when I tried calling the store no one would answer the phone. BUT NO SUPRISE THERE BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL TO HIGH!!! the only reason that I am giving them even 1 star is because I have to put something, they. really deserve no stars at all. I stopped by Burger King for lunch to order a whopper Junior meal. The woman at the window was friendly, took my money, and handed me my food. However, the burger appeared to have been sitting since breakfast, so I asked to speak with the manager or shift leader. Unfortunately, the manager had an attitude and told me to come back next week if I wanted to speak with them. I recorded the encounter and found his behavior to be unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. I hope that corporate sees this and contacts me, as I would appreciate the district manager reaching out. Thank you.
The assistant manager at the gas station was extremely rude. She had me arrested, causing me to leave my indoor cats, who were not from the area, stuck in a thorn-filled bush on the other side of the parking lot near the air pumps. She falsely claimed she had checked the surveillance videos, but the police officer later revealed that she had indeed viewed the footage and simply chose not to assist me.
This BK is filthy. When we walked in, the employees were yelling the F word at each other. We had our 11 year old son with us and I and to send him to the restroom while we ordered. The Freestyle machine only provided carbonated flavorless water since it was not working correctly. We paid for three fountain drinks and had zero. I will never visit this location again.

They don't close until 12 o'clock. We pulled in the drive through at 10:55 and were refused service. They didn't even let us know until 11:05 that they had closed early And they were very rude when doing so I don't understand what is wrong with fast food these days? Why even be open if this is the service you're going to
This is mainly for upper management. Do you hire people that don't speak to the customers when then come in. No hello? No goodbye? No thank you? No your welcome when thank you is said to them. Two words......dumpster fire of a restaurant. If you can call it that. The answer to that is yes you do.
The service at this restaurant is extremely slow, despite it being a fast food establishment. The staff always seem to take a long time to fulfill orders. Today, the lady at the counter mentioned that they were busy, but there were only 3 cars in the drive-thru, including mine.
They never have anything to drink all the sodas be out there's never anyone at the front counter to meet you other than that it's okay the food could be better but welcome to the new
