When was the last time the owner actually ate at their own restaurant? Why do their employees have such a negative attitude? I ordered a double cheeseburger meal without tomato and pickle, with a fruit drink, only to find out they were out of my second choice. The staff then gave me a Sprite without asking, and when I received my meal, it had all the things I specifically asked not to have. It seems like someone isn't paying attention in this restaurant! Essentially, I ended up buying a meal for someone else who didn't even finish it, and now I'm being told I can't get my money back.
I wanted to shake things up that evening and treat my family to a delicious meal at a nearby local fast food restaurant. We had a great time at Burger King! I ordered an original chicken sandwich and was pleasantly surprised to receive a double patty - it was huge! The sandwich consisted of a grilled chicken breast, served warm, with tasty toppings on a sesame seed bun. My son even found an onion ring in his fries! Overall, we had a fantastic experience at the restaurant.
The lady at the window was extremely rude. After every item we ordered she would say “anything else?” In a rude tone instead of letting us order our full meal. We also overheard her talking to the customer behind us and she would interrupt them talked rudely as well. She then proceeded to complain about how much she hates her job and “**** this job”. Everyone has bad days but you don’t have to take it out on polite customers.
a star until they reopen their lobby. drive them thru is ridiculously slow to midday, even if they put an order before the time they are still stuck in the 20-minute midday line. it is honest, pretty impressive how many people are sitting and waiting, it is honestly the most convenient for people working in the opposite.

It was 1230 pm lunch time mind you, December the 11th 2021 Mgr. Came across the intercom stating they were closed do to NO staff at all... She sounded half asleep, is this person just lazy or didn't feel like going the extra mile to make a customer happy?? HORRIBLE PUBLIC SKILLS
They need to double check and make sure you get everything you paid.I didn't get all my food I paid for and I didn't have enough time to go back thru the drive thru lunch break are short enough ?
The fish sandwich was very hard the fisn and the bun. The manager acted like it was my fault that they served me food like that. Very rude. Barely wanted to reimburse me. 12/21/21
I give these five stars to Amanda! She is an absolute powerhouse during the lunch rush today. She multitasks effortlessly and doesn't break a sweat. Give her a round of applause!
