Decided to grab a quick bite here and wasn’t worth the money. Not like I spent a lot because it’s cheap but I would at least prefer my food to be cooked/heated properly. My nuggets were cold and we weren’t even waiting long so I assumed they’d be hot when they handed them to me. My fries were soggy and had no flavor. I also ordered chicken fries and was disappointed with them as well. The lady at the window didn’t even greet us. She just opened the window and handed the food without asking if we wanted anything else. I had to wait a few seconds before she saw me and I asked for condiments.

I recently tried the new MeltBurger at this restaurant after waiting for a long time in the lobby. Unfortunately, they served it to me cold. Only the fries were hot, but they looked unappetizing. If you see a long line at the drive-thru or inside the restaurant, I recommend going to Whataburger instead. The staff at Burger King seems to serve their food cold if you have to wait. I think I will make the extra effort to go to the Burger King at West University, as the one at East University is not up to par in terms of food quality.

Every time I purchase nuggets from this restaurant, they are burnt to a crisp as if they don't know the difference between cooked and overcooked. Additionally, when I asked for a small Sprite, the person at the window gave it to me without a smile or any customer service skills. It seems like they hate their job. I recommend that they improve their people skills before getting another job. I am very annoyed by their lack of professionalism.

This restaurant refuses to accept any form of payment, claiming they do not have the new system required for a 6-digit code. When I suggested using an app to verify the legitimacy of my credit, the management still denied me the opportunity to pay. A disappointing and frustrating experience overall.
