Went in there tonight and basically was told to leave cashier said we would have to wait at least 20 minutes before she would even take our order. It seems there were a bunch of orders on their mobile app ahead of us. I realize that everyone is having problems with hiring now but the lack of this staffs urgency to fill orders was very obvious. Was so impressed with their cleanliness and service less than a year ago not sure what happened but everything has gone downhill. Sad...
Came to the restaurant at about 11:30 pm. They close at midnight. Was informed when we pulled up to order that they were out of just about everything. Basically all they had were chicken nuggets. Ordered 4 8 piece nuggets, fries, onion rings and two drinks. Pulled to the window, paid , immediately got our drinks. It was 24 minutes before we received our food…. If there were other options that were available late at night, we certainly would have gone there…
Worst experience at a Burger King in my life. There was no signage indicating that the drive through speaker wasn’t working, I had to wait over 20 minutes before I pulled up and someone else was being attended to. Then another 15 minutes waiting with no service, I ended up leaving. I don’t know why it’s so hard for anyone to communicate. Never going back.
The service here is quite slow. It took us 10 minutes to get to the order box and another 5 minutes before they were ready to take our order. After that, we waited an additional 10 minutes for our food. Given their location along a major interstate, the turnaround time should ideally be under 3 minutes. Réservez une table maintenant
This location was very unclean—the bathrooms, the playground, and all the tables were dirty. Additionally, the soda machine wasn't refilled, leaving us with only diet soda options. While it served its purpose of providing food during our long trip, it definitely needs some basic cleaning.
This place is absolutely disgusting! Food and trash everywhere from the floor to window seals.. half the drink selections don’t work. Tables haven’t been clean. My bacon sandwich is so cold the cheese didn’t even come close to melting
There were dead shurks in the dining room. Please avoid this place! We had already ordered our food when we first noticed the dead shurks, and now I feel nauseated just thinking about it.
Don't eat fresh. pretty bad for burger king standards. the personal was friendly. bathroom clean, but from the hand seap. Réservez une table maintenant
I absolutely love the HERSHEYS Sundae Pie! If you put it in the freezer, it tastes even better—it's amazing, haha!
