After sitting at the drive thru speaker and watching several cars order and pull forward to pick up, I drove to a parking place and went to the counter. It took several minutes before I was acknowledged and several more before someone attempted to assist me. I ordered the kids meal I'd come for, (plain double cheeseburger, fries and juice). Got my bag in a more reasonable time and went home to find a plain double burger that was not pleasing its recipient. Lucky for me there was some cheese available at home, because I'm never going back there again!
This was the slowest fast food experience I have ever had. The food service was extremely slow, as they didn't have enough staff working. The employees seemed unhappy, and you could tell just by looking at their faces. It appears that the managers do not prioritize employee satisfaction. I have never experienced such slow service before; it felt more like slow-food rather than fast food.
I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits, and they were quite tasty. However, the real highlights of the meal were the Hash Browns and French toast—they were absolutely phenomenal, and I can't wait to enjoy them again. The BK coffee was also good.
On a side note, I wouldn't recommend the Hershey Sundae Pie for chocolate lovers; it didn't quite hit the spot.
I placed a pickup order through the app and went through the drive-thru, only to be asked to come inside to get my food. I parked my car and went inside, where I ended up waiting a few minutes for my order to be ready. I had actually placed the order 15 minutes before I arrived at the drive-thru.

The staff needs to improve their manners and understand the importance of listening to customers instead of being dismissive. I would never order food from there again; I'd rather go to Burger King.
I go to this location out of convenience. Some of the employees inside can be nice but the takeout often mess up my orders. I had a burned bun this time.
Drive thru line never moved. Nothing about this food is fast. Better off going home and making your own burgers.
