have had several bad experiences with this bk, went again today and it was no different, this time was even worse. I have the Italian chicken king, fiancés was good, my was full of patrone. it happens, it's huh, that's baked by a machine lol. I called, they were very nice, said I'm sorry, come in and we'll take care of it, ingenious. I came back into the load took the sandwich in and showed her, I gave my animals the brot and held the bun minus two bites to show her. when I walked in me, I was immediately met with hostility, very rude “good where is the sandwich, can’t do anything without it”. I tried going through drive thru tonight and person trying to take order was not sure what they had to drink. Had me hold on a couple times. Then another person got on speaker and asked what I wanted. Told what I would like and was told I would have to repeat my order. I was to the point I did not trust what service I would be getting so I said never mind I don't want anything anymore. As I drove by window female inside flipped me off out the window. I stopped and asked for her name and the managers name and was told they did not have to give that to me.
Went there to pick up a meal for my girlfriend and accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich. I apologized and asked if I could swap the sandwich and once again was very apologetic. The woman at the window said no. The sandwich was already made?? I told her I’d like to cancel my order. As I’m driving away I could hear her cussing at me. Never. I repeat never going there again. Poor service and poor attitude!
Just went for a quick meal for my guy, myself and the grandson. I must say the line moved quicker than most fast food restaurants. The food was also very fresh tasting. The only thing was the employees just were not to friendly. They worked more like robots with no emotions. A little smile with a thank you would of made the visit a lot better.

It was a good time for it to been raining because the fish was soo dry I had to eat it outside in the rain. And the chicken fingers were like literally breaded old woman hands. And had to wait for ever and the cashier was straight out of someone's farm rude and very disrespectful to people of color. Avoid them
Very rude cashier. After waiting at counter for almost 10 mins. With nobody in the restaurant. She finally came over to take my order and was so hostile and put out by it. I walked out and went somewhere else. Very unprofessional. It's sad because this used to be a good location.
the best impossible burger we had. they even asked if we want to vegan and I think they clean the grill! the burger had no burned bits on it and tasted beautiful and fresh. from this point forward we do not go to other burger kings in the opposite.
bk has always good burger I miss the grilled chicken I tried to order it not try or ask management also some of the workers were short or rude in the car thru

all this burger king around dayton area must cause their 12 o'clock on 11 o'clock closed time each time when I came that they already closed this around 11.
Always use our coupon for buy one whopper meal get one free it was good the lady taking our order was new and did a great job !!!
