I had a really disappointing experience at Burger King. The staff kept changing while we were placing our order at the drive-thru, and we ended up waiting for seven minutes without anyone acknowledging us. They sent us to the window without finishing our order, and when we arrived, they still tried to take our order again, forgetting what we had asked for and ultimately getting it wrong. We only noticed the mistake after we got home. We had ordered three Whoppers and two ice cream cones—how hard could that be? There were no special requests, so I don’t understand how they messed it up. To make things worse, they couldn’t even figure out how to apply a coupon from their own app!
The food is consistently cold, and it's just disappointing. I used to love this place when it was well-run, but now it looks dirty. How can anyone serve food in that condition? The management and staff need to take this seriously because people can get sick from bacteria. The meat is always below the required temperature. Where is the food inspector? Anyone responsible for this establishment should be held accountable, including the management and employees. It might be time to start fresh with a new team!
This longstanding restaurant is the only one in the area that hasn't undergone a modern renovation. Nevertheless, the management puts in great effort to maintain both the interior and exterior. The bathrooms and dining areas are consistently clean. The food quality is reliably consistent with what you expect from BK. The staff is very friendly, especially with the regulars, and they are attentive to the needs of the local community.
I really enjoy visiting this Burger King! The staff are friendly and approachable, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. They usually get my order correct, and if there's ever a problem, they fix it promptly. When indoor dining was available, the tables were consistently clean and the floors spotless. I’m looking forward to the dining area reopening so I don’t have to eat in my car anymore!

The staff at this restaurant are exceedingly rude and unprofessional. They appear to be indifferent to their responsibilities and frequently ignore the store's procedures. I had a particularly unpleasant encounter when the manager's daughter directed several insults at me, and I am genuinely surprised that she is still working there. I strongly advise against visiting this Burger King.
From the moment you enter this restaurant, you'll feel welcomed and comfortable. The host is exceptionally friendly, making it a perfect place to spend time with friends or have a romantic date. The food is delicious, the kitchen runs efficiently, and the prices are reasonable. The service is attentive and considerate. I highly recommend it!
I can't believe I'm taking the time to write a Google review for a Burger King, but here I am. I had an awful experience. The person at the drive-thru didn't even greet me, and the staff seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. I seriously doubt that management is paying attention to these reviews; otherwise, things would have gotten better by now.
I find it ridiculous that you can't access the deals if you walk in and haven't ordered through the app. I tried using the app once, but when I picked up my order, I ended up with someone else's meal when I got home. I suggest going to McDonald's instead, where I can walk in and order from the deals without any problems.

There are multiple signs outside and in the drive-thru lane directing customers to pick up mobile orders inside, and the doors are unlocked. Yet, when you go inside to get your order, you're told to use the drive-thru instead. It makes you wonder why those signs are even there.
We went through the drive-thru, and the customer service team was excellent. The food was also really good.
