Looked ok clean , But on my meal the Ice Machine was broke down.Then after having to ask for Ice. They filled my cup only half way full, knowing that my soft drink was going to come out very warm of there machine. So I had to get up again and ask for more ice telling them that my ice was already gone because my drink came out very warm. They replied that they where aware of it. Da ! So why didn't they inform me of this in the first place. I was there only customer ? The Manager was to busy talking about her hours and when she would be off work to the one that waited on me. It's fast food. I really appreciated the employees who assisted me, particularly the cashier. I understand that rush hour can be stressful, but sadly, some customers don't seem to grasp that. The issue lies not with the service or the food, but with the staff being under-staffed. It's not the employees' fault that the owner doesn't hire enough people! Jose was one of my favorites – he's very attentive to customers' orders and incredibly nice! Please consider hiring more staff, as that is the only problem here. While we can't control rude, messy, uncivil customers, having more help would definitely improve wait times! Much love to you all!
Visited this place on 3-30-19 at 10:30 am. 2 other customers in front of me was complaining how long the service was taking. It took approx. 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge that i have not been helped. The floors we're very sticky to walk on, and 2 of the helpers we're on their cell phones behind the counter. The mgr and the cook. The one young gentleman working the drive thru window was taking care of everything . I only ordered 10 pc ckn nuggets. That only took a couple of minutes. Not a good look when service is slow and and workers are on their cell phones.
Bad...they said that the prices posted on their drive up window were wrong, and that the price was actually higher. I had to wait over 10 minutes to speak with the manager, after first going through 2 other helpers. Finally after 10 to 15 minutes, they gave me the 50 cents I'd asked for, never ever apologizing. Will not go there again.

Burger had microwaved taste opened up and pickles, onions and sauce was very hot, like steaming.. I bet the whole burger was reheated. Through it in the garbage.
I really like Burger King; their hamburgers and fries are both quite good and offer great value for your money. However, I have to say that the tacos are awful.
Very overpriced and too much mayonnaise!!! A little over $20 for small classic chicken sand, whopper w/bacon and oreo cookie shake. Definitely won't be back.
ALWAYS slow service. I keep thinking maybe it’ll improve, but doesn’t. Just sat for 10mins before bailing (hadn’t even ordered), and went to a different one.

Cold fries! Ordered a #1 whopper w/ cheese cost 9.74. They have a king box which is 6 bucks for the same thing.
Lukewarm fries.... Burger was ok. Not my favorite BK
