The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. When I approached the register to order, it was clear that they knew their menu well and genuinely cared about making their customers happy.
The food was fantastic, featuring some classic American dishes with a few unique twists. I ended up ordering the Swag Burger, and I was thoroughly impressed by the flavor and sauce combination. I also tried the herb fries and had my first churro shake, which left me speechless!
Overall, I had an amazing experience, and considering the prices, it’s definitely worth it. BurgerFi is a great spot for families, friends, or anyone looking for a satisfying meal.
I chose the ultimate bacon cheese burger with fries as my meal. She also went with the fried chicken sandwich and fries. My burger was delicious and hot, and there was enough of bacon on it. Her chicken was also juicy and crisp, she said. We liked it a lot. It was tastefully designed, and the customer service was excellent. Oh, and the dipping sauce for the fries was fantastic.
Well deserved 5 star rating, treated very well from the person taking the order and the follow up with a manager. It was my 1st time at this store and the food was great. The manager brought out a sauce which added a taste that I had never tried before. The restaurants had a open space and dining room with lots of seating! I have a given this a five star rating…
I ordered a ultimate bacon cheese burger with fries. And she ordered the fried chicken sandwich with fries. My burger was juicy and hot and definitely had more then enough bacon. She said her chicken was juicy and crunchy as well. Over all we loved it. It decorated well and the customer service was great. Oh and the sauce to dip fries was delicious.

I love Burger Fi, and my family and I have been regulars for many years. Love that they make burgers with quality, grass-fed beef. I’ve tried a few burgers, but I also go back to the basic double burger Fi burger. The fries are my absolute favorite out of all burger joints or any fast food places. Service has typically been good at this location.
Absolutely amazing! The burgers were all delicious and satisfying, and the ordering process was a breeze thanks to the friendly and patient staff. The fries might be the best we've ever had, especially with the incredible parmesan herb topping! The prices are definitely lower than the value of the experience. This place is fantastic!
Thank you, BurgerFi, for making our daughter's birthday so special! We requested whether they could add a sparkler or something similar, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. We truly appreciate it. The food was delicious, especially the milkshakes. The diner was also very clean.
Did try burgers here for first time. Did try spicy chicken and classic veggies burger. Both were good. Did try French fries with spices, it was wonderful. Onion rings could be improved.

Clean, friendly and quick service, good burger and fries. Love the Coke freestyle machines. Couldn't ask for much more, we'll definitely be back to try the other options!
