We had a bit of a challenge with a young Asian woman who appeared frustrated when we asked for an extra Ranch dressing for our fries. We thought we had already paid the $0.35 fee for it. In the end, she did give us another one, but she remarked that she would take the cost from the tip jar! I took the dressing and left a dollar on the counter, which stayed there while we enjoyed our meal. It wasn't really about the money; it was more about her attitude. We've always had a positive experience before, and the food is quite tasty.
We ordered the duo sliders, which included both a crispy grilled chicken slider and an Impossible burger. To our surprise, both were quite impressive for takeout and enjoyable at home. The portion sizes were great, accompanied by standard toppings, and we could add grilled onions for an extra $0.99. We also shared the stylish fries topped with jalapeños and cheese, which were delicious. Overall, it was a great meal, but the bill was a bit high at $31 for just the two sliders and a shared order of fries.

The food is outstanding, but the extra charges can be excessive. For example, swapping an Impossible Burger for any other burger comes with an additional fee of $2.50. Given that the price of an Impossible Burger is similar to that of the gourmet meat patties, it would be more reasonable to price the Impossible Burger at the same rate as the regular burgers.

Nice staff. Good variety on the menu. Many up-charges on the basic burgers/sandwiches. It's unfortunate that the food is dry and not worth the price paid for it. This concept has great potential. I tried Burgerim in Berkeley and it was superior to this location.
The restaurant boasts a friendly staff and offers delicious food. The seating area is cozy and welcoming. I especially loved the gluten-free rolls and sweet potato fries, accompanied by a selection of sauces and grilled chicken. Highly recommended!
We always end up with good burgers from here. Their loaded fries are great too, especially the garlic ones! That garlic cream sauce is special. A good selection of burgers, sides, and drinks all made fresh
The party box is always fantastic, and the fries are quite tasty. However, it might not be the ideal option for delivery since they tend to become soggy fast. The buffalo sauce has a strong vinegar flavor.

The burgers at this restaurant are amazing, and the onion rings are just right! The prices are quite reasonable too. I truly adore this place!
My hamburger was not juicy at all. Onion rings hard. Drink was good. It was to expensive for what we got. Will never return.
