Burgerim Gourmet Burgers

We encountered a bit of difficulty with a young Asian woman who seemed frustrated about our request for an extra Ranch dressing for our fries. We believed we had already paid the $0.35 fee for it. Regardless, she eventually gave us another one, but mentioned she would take the cost out of the tip jar! I accepted the dressing and left a dollar on the counter, which remained there while we enjoyed our meal. The issue wasn't really the money; it was her attitude. We've always had a good experience before, and the food is tasty.

The bottom hamburger bun was completely soggy. Why is that? The burgers themselves tasted decent, but they were a bit dry. Condiments come at an additional cost, and I paid for pickles but received a rather meager portion. The sweet potato fries were passable, and the chocolate milkshake was just alright; I really wish they offered malted. Overall, it was nothing exceptional for a restaurant that boasts about its burgers.

Exquisite. Made exactly to order. More options than you'll know what to do with. Extremely reasonable pricing these days. Great milkshakes! Perfect onion rings, crispy, juicy, crunchy and golden brown.Been coming here since they opened, and they've always been near perfect. That takes dedication, passion, and commitment to quality that 90% of franchises fail to achieve. Kudos and highest compliments on their service.

I ordered a few burgers for myself and a couple of friends. One of my friends got a crispy chicken burger and he liked it. The other two burgers were WAY overcooked grey and completely dry. In the notes I asked that my burger be cooked medium rare but obviously that didn 't make a difference. Regardless, even a burger that is cooked 'well done ' should be juicy. Their unique recipes make it worth stopping by. Burgerim is a great pick when you want a burger but you're tired of always having the same thing served to you everywhere you go. Falafel, Greek Lamb, Spanish Beef. They're all great options and you're already spending the same amount going to other burger places. Try something a little different.

The food is excellent, but there are too many additional charges. For instance, you can swap an Impossible Burger for any burger for an extra $2.50. However, the cost of an Impossible Burger is comparable to that of the gourmet meat patties. It would be better if the Impossible Burger were priced like the regular burgers.

Nice staff. Good variety on the menu. Many up-charges on the basic burgers/sandwiches. It's unfortunate that the food is dry and not worth the price paid for it. This concept has great potential. I tried Burgerim in Berkeley and it was superior to this location.

We always end up with good burgers from here. Their loaded fries are great too, especially the garlic ones! That garlic cream sauce is special. A good selection of burgers, sides, and drinks all made fresh Réservez une table maintenant

My hamburger was not juicy at all. Onion rings hard. Drink was good. It was to expensive for what we got. Will never return.

Good burgers work nice variety. Onion rings and sweet potato fries are also very good. Shakes are also great.
