Delivery very fast, but price performance does not fit at all. With a burger for only 9€ I expect a little more. The beef was dry, the bread bride and the cover naja... We paid for two burgers (1x single, 1x double), a small part of Pommes (good ok), and a small herbal salad a total of 21,50€ plus lace. Guys, that's why I expect quality if the crowd doesn't fit. It's a shame to order the first time today, but it's still there.
Food very good, but! now comes the But: ordered at 18:30 and delivered at 20:20...leider was the delivery time with approx. 20:00 only after the ordering process shown! Too bad, for this reason will not order there anymore, as it is too uncertain when I get the food delivered, even if it is so good.
Order online instead of after 60 minutes the delivery was already there after 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the complete delivery was colder than body temperature. I'm sorry, there's something wrong. 3 Burger, 1 Hotdog and 1 Ruhrpottpoutine for 32.50 Euro and everything in cold. We're dissatisfied.
Service very competent, the burgers are simply super tasty, juicy, with fresh ingredients! Waiting time is worth what can be found in order 40minutes a week and a little longer at We. The store is a disaster. I ordered online, the displayed delivery time was 90 minutes later. I was told by phone that the food was already in 45 minutes. Then came after 80 minutes, incomplete. Once and never again!
Yesterday the first time a burger ordered there with 2 Pattys and bacon. Expectations were very high. The burger meat was very dry and faded. All in all well, nothing special. It's not mine.
