Burgerology Patchogue

Definitely not my best experience with brunch from this restaurant, as someone who is in the restaurant industry. We are able to make a 11 am reservation when the restaurant doesn’t open until 11:30 so we had to wait, service was not the best, Andrew was our server and regardless of us calling before and letting them know about separate checks and then again going up to the server and making him aware of the check situation was still presented with a bit of an attitude from him and a non split bill at the end of our meal. Had to ask for help from management to get the situation arranged. Can’t see our group returning anytime in the near future if not at all.

This was my daughter and I first and last time at Burgerology. I think this restaurant was for college students by college students. The music was terrible! I could have stayed home to listen to iCarly, Hanna Montana, and SpongeBobs theme song! They overcooked the wings and onion rings. They were hard and stiff! And their version of Bavarian Pretzel was disgusting! That was NOT a Pretzel! It was a piece of bread disguised as a Pretzel. There's NO way that was a Pretzel! It didn't even have a taste ?

Had Jesse serve us at bar for late dinner and drinks he was fast, friendly, and attentive.I ordered double trouble and lady had Turkey Burger both amazing.Clam strips were really yummy to willBe back

Music too too loud. I had to wait too long before anyone acknowledged me. Finally I wanted to purchase a gift card for a friend for her birthday however it could only used at that Burgerology.

Was there for brunch today and to celebrate my nephews 21st birthday. The waitress and DJ were awesome! We had so much fun and the food was great!!
