This tavern is a little hidden away and was very quiet when we were there. It was a pleasant surprise though, the outdoor seating was nice and there is a children's playroom however it was closed on this day due to upgrading it. The food was very tasty and large portions, it was also ready quickly, probably because it was quiet. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome, probably the best service we have had for a long time. We will be returning again.
Popped by to this convenient location for a meeting had some lunch. Thoroughly enjoyed the Signature Premium Hand Made Thick Beef Wagyu Sausages Served with buttery mashed potato, grain mustard, warm sauerkraut Sirromet red wine gravy! 3 Large Sausages meant that I didn 't even require dinner that night only $18.90! I WILL BE BACK!
Best wings I have ever eaten.... great flavours and good price with lots of parking. They do have a play room for kids outside but not very good I must admit it's usually very quiet at night time. Would recommend for lunch or arvo drinks. Close to highway.
This tavern is a great place for a quiet drink after a long hot ride. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The meals are awesome and reasonably priced and there's a good variety to choose from. This is our new favorite place to cruise to.

I tried the lunch special at this restaurant today, and I was disappointed. The tempura fish and chips tasted frozen and terrible, and the "pork rib burger" was made with minced meat. I will not be returning to this place. It's not worth it!
Had mothers day lunch at the Burnside. The food was quite nice, steaks cooked perfectly, parma's were pretty amazing, chips were crunchy, gravy a little on the funny side. The place itself was okay, nicely furnished but slightly.
My family go there now a fair bit the food is great nice and hot and the chef always speaks and says hello to be acknowledged is lovely i highly recommend this for dinner the food range is very good .
