After reading more negative reviews than positive ones, I visited this restaurant for the first time today and I must say, I absolutely loved it. Although my food order was slightly incorrect, the male waiter quickly rectified it without any hassle. The food itself was top-notch, deserving of a 5-star rating. I hope my next visit is just as enjoyable as today's experience, as I would hate to never return. However, based on the negative feedback I've seen about the service, the restaurant may want to consider easing up on the strictness with wristbands, especially considering the high prices customers are paying for their meals. I recently visited Burntwood with a group of friends and participated in their Easter-Feed and Maintenance Package. As the event coordinator for our group of 50 ladies, I found the staff at the hotel to be both informative and friendly. The food served was of a high standard and efficiently presented with a smile. The entertainment provided was excellent and enjoyed by everyone. Our afternoon was so successful that we are already making plans to return for Christmas!

I came on Friday the 13th to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. I loved every minute of it. From booking to leaving, the service (especially from Joanne the receptionist) was fantastic. The spa treatments were beautiful and the afternoon was lovely. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return. Many thanks for helping to make my mother's birthday very special.

for lunch with a large group in the main function room. the food was delicious and very hot (often a care when so many people are served simultaneously) there was a brilliant atmosphere and we had a great time. also the young male singer was excellent.

The Sunday carvery was fantastic. The meat portions were generous and the vegetables were delicious.
