It wasn't a bad experience at all, I just think they did badly some things, such as: there were several condiments on every single table, but what it was a annoying thing was they were all different! And if I fancied some black pepper (for example) I would had to take it from another table. The tomato on top of my pizza was a bit horribly cut, that made me believed that the chef wasn't that profesional or maybe the person incharge of cutting the tomato was a little uninterested on making a good looking pizza, either way it was just a shame. Finally, the basil placed on top of the pizza was quite messy, like if some disgusted cook would just put it there without minding its appearance. In con...

I’ve been a couple of times to this place as they usually serve really good pizzas. However, this week I went there with my business partner as he’s a pizza lover and knows a lot about this industry and pizzas in general... we went there for lunch, the pizza was not well cooked, cheese was not totally melted and the meats were not well cooked, besides that the service was poor, the waiter was really shy, we barely could get what he was telling us and every time we needed something he was doing something behind de bar so I had to stand up for them to see us or call him very loud... I really like this place and I don’t think is bad but I believe that this kind of feedbacks can make this place...

Very sad experience since we were really excited because of the great reviews on google. Ordered pizza Margarita (Napolitana). It didn't have any tomato sauce on it! Only cheese and sliced tomatoes on top. The crust was hard and flavourless, nothing close to a real pizza crust. The dough is probably bought from a store. Had also their meat lasagna which consisted only of meat and one layer of pasta on top, no sauce, no flavour. The tables are way high for the grey couch/booth seats, you feel like a kid trying to reach up. The service was great though.

The only reason to not give stars is because how long did take to get the food. I did question the reason and was told that the only thing that is fast wile busy is the pizza, which begs to question why not tell the customer at the time of ordering. Other wise delicious food. The food is good and the customer service is outstanding. When we left after our first visit we realized we had forgotten a dessert. Called Burro Pizza and they not only delivered the dessert but they threw in a free pizza. Also the location is quite cozy.

I had a delicious salad with a savory cheese that was excellente! Two people with food, drinks and a freshly brewed fruit drink all for 55000 pesos. It's not Colombian food, but it had a Colombian flair and it was a delicious change of pace.

This place is simply amazing!!!!! The food was beyond description and the customer service was outstanding. From presentation to flavor it was a treat to eat here. If you're in the Medellín/Envigado área this place is a must!
