This is a casual place for a party not exceeding 2. The tables are large square tables facilitating 2 or 3 at each side and are shared by others. The seating is pretty uncomfortable. It is not suitable for a party of 3 or more. It is very noisy. The service was good if some what unusual as our starters came along with our main courses. The food is fair but not sensational. The wine list is pretty mediocre. The ambience was not to our taste but I can understand that the younger casual diner clearly finds it attractive. I returned to this restaurant for the second time after a year-long break. There were many highlights, such as the delicious chicken Katsu curry. My Thai wife loved her pad Thai with prawns, brown rice, and papaya salad. Overall, we had a great experience despite a couple of small issues that did not impact our overall enjoyment of the meal.
Don't miss out. The best Thai in London. David, Louis and the rest of the team provide the best service ever. Nothing is too much trouble. Recommended above and beyond. I go to Busaba Soho at least once a week. I cannot recommend it enough. Even when the place is busy they are so helpful and accommodating.
For a chain Asian restaurant I think it is one of the best. The green curry is vibrant and tasty. The squid with peppercorns is amazing and I order it everytime we go. The kids menu food is delicious and I would be happy to eat this myself. It can be a bit dark but I don't mind this.

The food at this restaurant is of high quality, but I was disappointed with the lack of tofu in my pad Thai. Our order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong table, resulting in a long wait. However, they compensated us with a generous discount.
We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. So glad we found it. The food was outstanding along with the service thank you so much for a lovely evening.
