We made a random stop while doing a local weekend get away. My Japanese wife and I are extremely picky when it comes to ramen and this place really got everything right. Service, cleanliness, portion, taste, ingredient freshness , price were 10 out of 5. Of all ramen places around OC/LA and Inland big and small, I'd say their ramen was the most enjoyable of the last 50 or so places we've visited. My 8 year old daughter who doesn't like to eat in general finished the whole regular sized tonkotsu bowl by herself and wanted more. Will definitely be back!
Ordered karaage with came fresh and tasty. I ordered tonkatsu ramen after asking about the spicy tonkatsu ramen. The waitress said it was spicy compared to hot Cheetos which I don't do so I opted out, the broth was creamy I just prefer more garlic . I could have added on to the bowl I ordered for an additional fee but I decided not to. The chashu pork was a bit salty, my sister ordered the same bowl and shared it was too salty for her. Overall it was good, staff was friendly and the restaurant looked clean
This restaurant offers a true taste of Japan with their delicious ramen dishes. The grilled pork is beautifully cooked and the Butaton ramen has a rich and satisfying flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine. It truly delivers Japanese quality even in the USA.
I love that they have the dipping ramen here and not that many places offer the dipping style. I thought the dipping ramen was good, egg was well marinated and pork has a good meat to fat ratio. If I'm in the area and craving ramen, this would be my go to. Réservez une table maintenant
