Came here for brunch and the restaurant is very welcoming inside with a great pastry window. It's open concept with a cute little play area for kids in the back. We sat at the communal tables in the back and it was a cozy little spot. The food is phenomenal! Very fresh food with great presentation. We shared a variety of dishes. The standouts were the pork belly sandwich, chili eggs, house pâté and the panna. I loved the fresh honeycomb and homemade granola. Staff are super friendly and the Vietnamese coffee is delicious! Definitely recommend the brunch here, it's fantastic!!

I've been here numerous times as the coffee is pretty good. Breakfast menu isn't bad but nothing I'd go out of my way for to come here. I've kept coming back because it's a convenient stop and I don't mind the coffee. The head waiter (short Asian guy) is ALWAYS grumpy, can't be bothered serving you & it's like a hassle that he's taking your coffee order. I'm a bit over the too cool for school attitude. Whack a smile on your face or don't be front of house because it's really off putting. I'll be getting my coffee elsewhere from now on. Cheers.

It really is a secret gem and yet it's up there with the best Yarraville cafes!Roberts Street is not somewhere l would normally head to for coffee as it is out on the western frontier edge of Yarraville, on the way to Brooklyn. The beautifully renovated suburban butcher shop of yesteryear provides a great atmosphere for coffee and it's very tasty menu. The food is good with generous servings and the service is friendly and efficient.

We were takwn here by our air bnb hosts for breakfast one Sunday. The cafe itself is situated in an old butcher's shop, hence the name! White subway tiled walls and exposed copper waterpipes added to the steampunk look. The breakfast was stunning, and the coffee was perfectly served...so much so that I needed to have 2!!Staff were very attentive and welcoming. The food, location and service were top notch! Keep up the good work! Réservez une table maintenant

Trendy café situated in a converted Butcher shop in a quiet suburb street. Very interesting atmosphere with original splash back tiles, shop glass window and high ceilings. Friendly quick service. Smart healthy menu options for breakfast and lunches. We drove from St Albans to visit and were not disappointed. Highly recommend the Avocado Smash! Great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice! So yummy. Try this place!

Great hosts and a really nicely designed cafe with a nice cozy indoor, outdoor area. The food and coffee is great! We love sitting in bespoke timber booths in the undercover outdoor courtyard.

Awesome to have a place like this as the local! An ode to the old Butcher shop, from the front signage to the refrigerated cabinets.
