We enjoyed the Thai calamari as an appetizer. It was a large portion and 2 of us couldn’t finish it. Their bread and garlic knots were delicious. One of their recommended dishes is chicken scarpariello which uses chicken meatballs instead of pieces of chicken. It was very different but delicious also and a large portion. The pistachio crusted salmon was also very good. One of the owners will check in on you to make sure everything is satisfactory which is a nice touch.
review; apps were served cold, linguini w/ clam sauce was sandy, garnelen pesto hard w/ loose, if orzo(wer carers) not great place this time. "cold" atmosphere, with distance sitting, and above all not so many mealtime selection. the calamari siciliano was fabulous the first time that we (cold this time) highly recommended to be served hot. all entries were full up with pasta / seasoned, but not so much with main items. please wait for greg, her or kim (very nice).
I'm not a big fan of Italian food, but I was very impressed by Butera's. The hostess, waiters and busboys were really nice. The food was great and come in generous portions. If I'm ever in the mood for Italy, I'll go to Butera's. If I gave a complaint, I would ask them to provide better outdoor lighting. We switched our flashlights on our phones to read the menu. But regardless of this little detail, the food was great!
It was such a wonderful night at a locally owned and operated Italian restaurant!! There's so much positives, I have to recommend. The atmosphere is quiet. The service is friendly and helpful. Great food and very accommodating staff. Our server was very knowledgeable about what was able to be made gluten free or not and was incredibly friendly and flexible. There was plenty of outdoor seating and was set up nice as well! Plus, enough food for two meals ? though you could enjoy it as one great meal as well!

Just a waiter for the whole restaurant. Henry seemed too busy to take care of all the customers. When he gave you attention, the service was good. It is the lack of attention that I give 1 less star in my review. Food quality was quite good.

Good food.. the owners are very nice. I wish my dish (eggplant parm) was hotter. Owner took it back and accommodated.
