Butter Chicken Roti Orillia

I would give this restaurant a zero if I could. I have ordered from here many times before and always found the food to be tasty and the staff friendly. However, on this Thursday evening, things were a disaster. I placed an online order at 6:40 for pickup at 7:05, but when I arrived at 7:10, I was told they were out of chicken and lamb. Despite the fact that I had traveled from out of town, the man at the restaurant was not sympathetic and told me they were not preparing any more meat for the day. When I asked for a refund for my $70 order, he told me I could either pick it up in the morning or contact the payment department for a refund. I ended up having to eat a quick meal of Kraft Dinner...

Mediocre experience. Tasted quite good, food was warm. Not sure how authentic this really is. Roti wrap was not super fresh in my opinion . They have a few imported ethnic beers to choose from which was nice but over all the customer service was below par , young kid was dry and not helpful at all with the menu as it was our first time eating here you’d think there would be a tad better customer service experience and sone suggestions on food.Not to mention it’s quite expensive considering.Don’t think I’d be coming back.

This place makes rotis out of pre-cooked rotis. They are not freshly made. Gravies are also not freshly prepared. They try to be close to the authentic dishes or cuisines by using a standard base for all the gravies. We had ordered for a Potato cauliflower gravy and a Butter chicken gravy. We had to search for cauliflower in the gravy. Roties were made of Maida and not whole wheat. Overall it's a disappointment for those who are health conscious and if traveling with kids.

I've been getting out of here for a few years. in general was pretty good. to today. have the half of what I usually get, and I asked for roti on the side, because “we have no rice today”. no problem (although their sides are one of two things, that is a problem) except they put half a cup of curry in a roti and called it a day. I called to talk to the owner/owner that they could not be reached. for $16. I guess I should meet my expectations. Réservez une table maintenant

Ordered from here lots of times and loved it. Despite incompetent staff the food was always great.BUT this time....major case of FOOD POISONING!! Sick for 4 days. Contacted head office and all they said was they will retrain their staff and that maybe I got it somewhere else.AVOID unless you want food poisoning!!

large redi restaurant and several possibilities available. they offer several heat levels. I had a medium flavor and it was what I think is an edible hot level. I don't propose self-morning or nuclear weapons if they appreciate their tastes. great service and friendly staff.

Eating is pretty good, most staff are friendly. there were some experiences in which the employee was a little rude. from any reason butter chicken wings are advertised on the front window of the load, but every time I go and ask them never have wings.

delicious and beautifully spiced! loved the various hot options. but today I came at 11.15 a.m. (opened at 11am) and was told to come back in half an hour because nothing was ready. Réservez une table maintenant

I just fell in love with their butter chicken roti, soooo yummy ? and their veggie samosas are really yummy too!! ?I totally recommend this place!!
