Purchased 3 take away scones this morning...had most certainly not been baked that day as you required to chew them and they were £1.80 each. The sandwich etc counter looked lovely,but seemed a lot of stock out at the one time even though now take away, with a couple of tables sit in.Window display very poor with a limp salad and tired looking other offers. Hopefully will get some better reviews and then we will give it another try....good luck.
I was impressed by the number of vegan options on the menu and the varied selection of homemade vegan cakes. The options were really good and quite well thought out I had the fried tofu and vegan cheddar salad and a vanilla milkshake and my partner had a vegan coronation chicken sandwich also with a salted caramel milkshake.
Was in for lunch today and I would highly recommend this cafe. The baked potato was piping hot and the egg mayo filling was delicious. It was accompanied with a salad which was fresh and just the right amount. My partner had the soup and sandwich combo which she throughly enjoyed and would have again.
just a nice caffe. they were full so they told me when they had a free table. full vegan breakfast was perfect with sausage, black pudding, tätty scone, hashbrown, avocado, tomato, mushrooms, spinach and bud. they also had other options and a vegan cheesecake. the caffe is also dog-friendly.
