Großartige Lage am Flussufer, da das plätschernde Wasser eine beruhigende Begleitung für das Essen im Freien bietet. Die farbigen Metallstühle draußen sind nicht übermäßig bequem (seien Sie sich bewusst, wenn Sie zurück Probleme haben), aber leicht für einen anderen Stil ausgetauscht, wenn nicht beschäftigt. Great location on the riverside as the rippling water provides a calming accompaniment to the outdoor dining experience. The coloured metal chairs outside are not overly comfortable (be aware if you have back issues) but easily swapped for another style if not busy. Trout on the menu was appealing, having just seen some swim in the river moments earlier. It did not disappoint, accompanied by a honey and lemon sauce, which was delicious and went well with the filet of fish and frites. Beef and horse steaks are also available, as well as a good range of salads. The rosé wine was equally pleasant. Overall, a pleasant meal out.
The restaurant has two parts, a formal restaurant with white tablecloths and a less formal part, which is located at the front part. when we were there, we chose to sit in the front part, a good choice because locals came in to have a coffee or eat a bit and they also took place in this part of the establishment. In the back, formal part, it was really really quiet, only one couple was dining there. The menu might be a bit less extensive, but the atmosphere is really great in the front. We had a good dinner and the waitress was friendly. The risotto was great, which is quite an art.
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 30 Personen, konnten die Menüs im Voraus schließen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Ziemlich nett und eine moderne Note, die Sie nicht erwarten, aber wirklich nett sein.Die Angestellten waren sehr nett, auch wenn wir um eine Stunde zu spät waren.Werde zurückkommen wenn ich an Vallorbe vorbei komme! We made a reservation for 2 people online through The Fork (with a 40% discount) two days in advance. When we arrived, the restaurant told us that they were no longer on the fork, so that our reservation is not valid. They did not even try to apologise or offer a compromise, but just blamed The Fork for the situation.
We were a group of 30 people, were able to close the menus in advance and the value for money was very good. Quite nice and a modern touch you do not expect, but turna out to be really nice. The staff were very nice even if we were late by an hour. Will come back if I pass by Vallorbe!
An einer Wand viele metallene Fliesen in verschiedenen Farben, das Inventar in die Tage gekommen, dafür ist die Bedienung so was von unaufdringlich aufmerksam, wie das Essen unerwartet gut ist. Die Kalbsleberschnitzel an einer hervorragenden Rotwein/Zwiebel-Sauce waren ein Traum.
Für diese leckere Hirsch-Entrecôt mit den liebevollen Beilagen (Rotkraut im Speck, Wien-Birne, Kürbis-Spätzli, Marroni, Apfel im Brikteig und Preuselbeer-konfi) wprde ich jederzeit wieder herkommen. Herrlich und zu einem sehr fairen Preis! Réservez une table maintenant
