Buya - Réservation de table

This was our second visit this month. The short rib Ramen and fries are delicious. The servers are great, but the bar and kitchen are not supporting them adequately. Bar service is slow and there are no draft beers and almost no bottled beers at all. Also, our gyoza arrived still frozen inside. We asked for a new order the new order arrived quickly and included a half eaten gyoza from our initial order. One member of our group canceled their order after the second mishap. We really used to enjoy Buya, but it’s unlikely we’ll return.

Our server was very slow and didn 't come to our table for a while. Took us forever to get our Ramen (40 minutes from the time we ordered) and she didn 't even come over to say sorry the kitchen is backed up, it should be any minute or anything like that. Just left us hanging. The food is amazing. This was probably the 10th time I 've been there anx every time it is stuffy and hot in there. Wish it was cooler, since you will be eating hot soup.

We went for a graduation celebration and it was lovely! The food was extraordinary and the service was amazing. The ambience was also overall good, we could all hear each other and speak comfortably. The only issue we had is that it was quite hot inside.

Great ramen. Best found in Pinellas/St. Pete so far. Gyoza and Street Corn amazing. Sauces and seasonings all on point. Japanese Whiskey selection fabulous. Réservez une table maintenant

Table wobbled so we fixed it ourselves, need to ask for more chopsticks and forks were not provided but we drove from Odessa so you know it has to be good

Seated promptly ; waiter was great very courteous and took our orders quickly; food was absolutely delicious! Wonderful experience start to finish!

Great experience! Amazing, delicious food in a very authentic and upscale Asian space. Fast service, great drinks, will certainly be returning!

Don’t eat outside. We were bother by 3 different homeless people asking for money, and a mom walking around with 2 teens selling chocolate. Réservez une table maintenant

Everything was delicious! Highly recommend the pork gyoza, fries, and the short rib ramen. Our server was fun too!

Always a great meal and best ramen we’ve ever had! We make this our first stop whenever we visit Tampa!
