Had the Crawfish Étouffée and It was HORRIBLE!! It had a heavy brown gravy that was AWFUL! Although the shrimp were tender and the overall dish had a little spice, it tasted NOTHING like what it should have! No where near, or even close to my Etoufee experience in New Orleans.
This is what they call a cat 5 hurricane. And the will only serve you 2 of them. Trust this old guy you won't need more than 2 LoL. It's a good thing I wasn't driving !!!!
