The beers should have been colder because it was warm out, but breezy. Overall it was a nice Saturday relaxing and overlooking out to the Chanel with my hubby while pelicans and seagulls scattered about."

What a charming discovery! While I was shopping in the area, someone suggested I dine at Buzzard’s Roost for a beautiful waterfront experience. This delightful spot is nestled in a tranquil location, overlooking a narrow channel that leads to the sea. There’s plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, and on a late August afternoon, the combination of fans and a gentle breeze created the perfect atmosphere. The vibe is relaxed, and my expectations for the food were not only met but exceeded. I indulged in a fresh, crisp wedge salad and some truly scrumptious black shrimp tacos. This was one of the best places I've tried since dining in the Florida Keys. During my visit to the city, I selected this restaurant based on the menu options, and I’m so glad I did. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were expertly crafted, and the desserts were divine. The service was exceptional; the staff was very attentive and made sure our table was well taken care of throughout our meal. The atmosphere was wonderful as well. My group was seated right by the water, and the tranquility added to the experience. I highly recommend The Buzzard's Roost to anyone in the area and beyond! Thank you for everything! I will definitely return on my next trip!
This was one of the best places I've been to since trying dining in the Florida Keys. I'm visiting from out of town and choose this place based on the options on the menu. The food was absolutely delicious, the drinks were made to perfection, and thedesserts are to die for. The service provided was second to none that I've been able to experience. Very attentive, alwaysensuring the table was taken care of. The atmosphere was amazing. My party sat outside right near the water and everything wasso serene. I would recommend The Buzzard's Roost to everyone that's in the area and some! Thank you for everything! I will becoming back on a future trip to the area!
Walked in and was greeted immediately by a friendly waitress. Was told to order at the bar. It took a while for the bartender to ask if I needed anything even though I was ready to order it immediately and I didn?t have much time. Ordered the lobster Ruben which seemed like the flavor would overpower the lobster. It did. It was a good sandwich, but I really like lobster flavor and the sauerkraut over powered the lobster flavor. Looks like an enjoyable place to eat outside. I enjoyed a late lunch at this restaurant and was impressed by the wide variety of options on the menu. The oysters were plump and delicious, and the tuna appetizer was quite scrumptious too. We tried both the fish and a burger, and overall, the food was fresh and flavorful. I appreciated that it wasn't overly salty, which was a nice touch. This place is perfect for a relaxed, casual lunch, and it’s dog-friendly as well! Situated in the marina, you can even see your boat from your table if you arrive by water.
Off of Highway 1 in a quiet neighborhood with a marina on either side at the end of a canal. Outdoor seating area was great with a nice screened in patio. Wait staff and hostesses extremely friendly and service was excellent. Good was solid, standard Florida seafood and american dishes. Bugs were a problem as it got dark so keep that in mind as it gets dark. No wait on a Friday night. Would definitely go back.
This place is absolutely amazing! The food, drinks, service, and view are all exceptional! I regret not taking pictures of our meal, especially the desserts, which were not only delicious but also stunning! I was just too captivated by the view! The grouper was cooked to perfection, and I highly recommend the Bananas Foster. It's a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a fantastic meal. We will definitely return!

Food was fresh and good, crabcakes had nice light flavor, sauted grouper was cooked perfectly, Conch was a little chewy but hey, it's Conch. Everything had fresh and nice look and taste.
