Visited tonight. Went in to be seated, requested a seat by the water if possible. The lovely waitress directed us to a table that wasn’t reserved where we sat and checked out the menu. Ten minutes later the manager comes up to us asking if...we just walked in and seated ourselves because many people have reserved these tables. We explained that we were actually placed here and he stood and and stressed right in front of us that we shouldn’t be there. Afterwards, a different very sweet waitress came to take our order. We were wondering if we should even bother. At this point we felt uncomfortable as the way we were approached wasn’t very professional or polite. We explained maybe we shouldn’t...
I went for Sunday lunch in Melbourne when the weather was gloomy outside. It was so nice and almost cosy inside! Eammon helped us out right away and he was so friendly! After explaining our options, we elected to try the banquet. Boy you get a lot of bang for your buck at Byblos! Beautiful food, generous portions and it kept coming. We spent a couple of hours eating, drinking and chatting and felt no pressure to hurry up. We will definitely return to Byblos.
We had a few days in Melbourne and wanted something different to all the Italian options available. We had a fantastic night eating our meal in the bar area. Absolutely delicious food, great service and so many choices for a vegetarian. I wish we lived in Melbourne just to become a regular. Thank you.
Lovely Lebanese food here! The service was okay staff were friendly and helpful but a bit of a delay on waiting our table. However the food can’t be faulted and I would definitely go back! Recommend the Byblos Platter enough for 3 people!

On a work trip with friends. Wanted something close to our accomodation and Byblos was recommended by friends. Food was delicious, well priced and service excellent. We had the banquet which was awesome. You won't go hungry!
We dropped in for dinner while working in Melbourne. Food was great and tasty. We had a mixed entree and used this as our mains - each was great. Happy to recommend. Service was very good without a booking
Service very slow cosidering Sunday afternoon not very busy. Nearly every table around us was left with dishes food not cleared. Not a good look. Wont be back.
Food was great, so was the service. We often go there, everything was great. Calamari fantastic, chicken wings were delightful, specially if you love Chilli.
