We are in California and also have a C&J cuisine. My wife accidentally ordered from here and this business charged her card. When she realized that she had made a mistake she called this business to explain and ask for a refund. The individual said he was processing it. .. she had to call several times and each time he said he was 'working on it . The fourth follow up she finally gave up saying she would dispute it with the bank. We are still in the dispute process with the bank 5 months later. It sucks that we have to go through all these hoops when the owner could have made a simple decision based on integrity and honesty. Please be careful when dealing with this vendor.
