Took my wife there for her birthday dinner. We sat inside the main dining room where we normally sit. It 's a beautiful old house and the dining room is extremely comfortable with the tables set apart for plenty of room. There is no awkwardness of bumping your chair into the person seated at the table behind you like there is in other establishments. That does not necessarily hold true for the porch seating though. The outdoor seating in the garden area looked really nice that night, with kids dressed up and doing their best to behave and sit still for photos. Hindsight being 2020, I would have booked a table out there. Overall, the food was great and the service was really good considering...
Where do I start! First I would like to say I have never written a negative review, this is the first. We went on Sat night, Sep 16th. Seated immediately and given water. The waiter we had was terrible! He ignored us and served others who arrived after us before our table. We were told bread would be right out, it came only after asking 3 times. Finally ordered dinners only to wait an hour then 3 of the four of our entrees came, one of them was basically dropped down almost spilling a water glass, and another had undercooked pasta that was actually hard and stuck together, the 4th arrived 10 minutes later and was totally wrong. We've had several wonderful experiences at Ca' Bianca, so were disappointed in our experience last night. I had reserved several days before, requesting a quiet area because my mom is 99 and several of us, including her, are a bit hard of hearing. We were seated in the middle of the noisiest room there, despite other tables being open in quieter areas. The server was generally attentive. However, my mom's tutti mare pasta dish had very little seafood in it, clearly not worth the price. I asked the server to let the staff know, but I'm quite sure when I returned that he hadn't. He wasn't particularly apologetic, either, or make attempt to compensate. I had to specifically ask for a refund for...
No hostess so waited for someone to seat us for quite sometime. Caesar salad lacked garlic, burrata with prosciutto salad seemed sloppily put together and lacked flavor/seasoning…carbonara pasta kind of goopy. Lamp pappardelle had a kind of gravy ? on it. Pretty simple for almost $30. If you want a table outside with heat lamps, make a reservation in advance with ample time. Perhaps to taste for an older crowd, simple and classic. Nothing spectacular. We were seating smack dab in the middle of the dining room. If I could do it all over again I would wait for an outside table.

C'Bianca is always a pleasurable night out. We started with the spinach salad which was very tasty but small portion. My partner had cannelloni which was excellent. I had Vongoli which had lots of clams but sauce was a little bland. The service was very good even though the restaurant was busy.

I can't say enough good about Ca'Bianca We had a party of 4 for a special birthday celebration.
Saw how cute this place looked, so I booked it for a date night on a Friday night.
