Firstly the decor and staff were lovely. They were attentive and had a smile. Everything else was awful and I will not be going back. Firstly, the restaurant was boiling! They must have had the heating on or something because it was unbearable. Loads of people fanning themselves with menus. One woman I saw sit down and after 5 mins left because she said she was too hot and felt faint. The toilets had no loo roll. We booked a table and got seated straight away. Took a while to get served our drinks and quite a long time to order our food. We ended up asking to order. Vibe in there is nice though so we were quite relaxed while waiting. I think we all enjoyed our meals and one is a vegetarian who was well catered for with choices Toilets in these places always let them down a bit as they are always miles away and slightly dirty and unloved when you get there Would still visit again
Avoid huge disappointment and overpriced The restaurant was dirty Was given a tiny table for 6 people The service was awful was asked what I ordered 4 times Wrong drinks cold food and food brought out at the wrong time. No steak but brought fries steak arrives 10 mins later fries were freezing cold. Zero attention to detail zero customer service and I will never return. If you are in the o2 I would advise you to not book this restaurant
I went for a birthday lunch and was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was empty except for us, but the server was very friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The cocktails were excellent, well-mixed and made with quality alcohol. The food was all delicious, although the "crispy" halloumi was a bit rubbery. I have already recommended this place to my family and friends and I am looking forward to going back soon.

Back at The O2 for a show and decided to return here again. Sat outside under the heaters and served very promptly by Fede who was very attentive and polite. Meal was wonderful and lovely and hot we will be back again next time we are here. Thanks for a fab time and yummy food.
Excellent service, food and ambience. All staff were polite and friendly. We hadn’t booked but they put us on the list and by the time we had ordered a drink we got a table. The crispy haloumi dish was particularly good. I would definitely recommend
Food was terrible and overpriced for what it was! The quality itself was terrible. We ordered chicken and they charged as extra for the cesar salad, it was tasteless. The freijoada was like eating chile con carne, and the bill was mega high.
We enjoyed a really lovely meal here tonight, food was very nice, plenty of it and tasty. We had the chicken kebabs, rice and sweet potato fries all very nice. Cocktails were good as well. I would defiantly return.

Went there with my wife and a friend. Took advantage of 50% off offer, the food was horrible even with 50% off. Better food out there. The location was great and the restaurant was decorative, thank you
