It is not a big sugar shack therefore reservations are recommended. They serve the traditional sugar bush French Canadian menu, omelette, ham, beans, pancakes, pork rinds, home made pickles and ketchup and of course maple sirop. Food is served in bowls on the table and you serve yourself. They will come around and replenish your bowls as often as needed. Cost is $20 cash for adults it includes taxes but not the tip, cost for children vary between $6.50 and $13 depending on their age. Debit or credit cards are NOT accepted. After a few years go to the Cabanes a sucre, we finally found one that serves warm food. The servers were very pleasant, food was all you could eat, and they even served what a young 4 years old wanted a few times... crepe. If you go to the tire de Sirop, you need in the old building in the way that the house was set up many years ago and also all the old equipment used at the time. All in all, we had a very pleasant trip with the family and I would recommend every Sirop lover ti-mousse.
We went on a weekday, so it wasn't full at all. We had to wait a bit before we sit, especially because they had to prepare us for food because there were no other customers. The food is very good and so was the service at our table. Our group really enjoyed the baked omelet. Everybody was full. Reserve at the weekend, although this place is really busy. While some people know that Quebec produces some amazing Maple syrup.... most do not know how it is produced!! Here one can get wonderful home prepared food as well as learn a lot about how Maple syrup can be produced from (some) Maple trees. One...can also ride around the property on a horse driven wagon....

We were hoping to have more of a sugar bush experience here. Unfortunately, no maple syrup production seemed to be in progress and the line-ups for food were so long that we could not wait. Instead, we enjoyed a look around and a bit...visit the displays.
Best place in Squamish if you want to have a breakfast. Very spacious and clean, friendly stuff. Outstanding coffee and pastries. Mahalo Nui Loa!
