"You can pretty much consider this 4-star rating a placeholder for the 5 stars CABO TACO is likely after I confirm it on my 2nd or 3rd visit outside. Last night was probably my first time in BFE, aka, La Mirada, but this place was worth the ride. Random impressions: FOOD STUFF. I ordered a wet CABO BURRITO w/ carnitas filled with fresh veggies, Guac and some damp but still NON-GREASY pig. The best part about this monster was that it was not Lardy and artery constipation as most Burritos tend to be. With the right amount of green sauce and shredded cheese, that was a home run.
