Extremely disappointed in the service I received today. I placed a item order over the phone, went to go pick it up, as I was checking everything I noticed there were yam fries and I had ordered truffle fries. I called and spoke with...a lady and let her know I ordered truffle fries and said, verbatim, “I do not eat yam”. I pick up the order as I am driving off I find out they yet again gave us yam fries. Are food has now been cold for an hour, I call the restaurant again and she continues to argue with me saying that I had ordered yam fries, I proceeded to ask for a manager because I know that in no way is this how you deal with a paying customer. I speak with him he says we will get our fu...
Generally we are impressed with the consistent good food, however, on Saturday nights when the restaurant is busy, service does suffer. We stressed to our server that 1 member in our party was highly allergic to fish. Our server changed shifts and obviously there was no communication between them as when our guest received her meal, it was the incorrect one which had been fried in the same oil as the fish. Half way through her meal the error was corrected and thankfully our guest was fine, but there could have been severe consequences. Other servers were abrupt, rude or simply yawning away in public! We wont be returning on a Saturday evening again!
I was having lunch with a friend ordered chicken strips not knowing about them using fish fryers for all their chicken and fries as a result I had a very bad allergic reaction to to my chicken. After I called spoken to the manager on...duty I asked to have a person from the head office to contacted but no one contacted me,until they me five days later I called again but they were not too concerned serving food that customers with food allergies can die off, THEY MUST HAVE THIS FRYER INFORMATION LISTED ON THEIR MENU Before a person dies from allergic reaction from their food
Last night amid the covid virus, I ordered two meals, my husband and I love the cactus club and go there on a regular basis. My husband had the fennie burger which was so great he loved it. I ordered a butternut squash with salmon....I have had this numerous times before and it was great. Last night they gave me a ketchup sized container with the sauce enclosed. It was woefully lacking in the amount of sauce. for dollars they could have done better. As a result the pasta was hard. For my once a week treat during covid, this was a disappointment order number Réservez une table maintenant
Did not visit but ordered the bandara salad for takeout as per usual these covid days. It has been discontinued which shocks me as I know it is popular with many of my friends. Beware if you are thinking of going to Southpointe with that...in mind. I checked the menu on-line and noticed the West Van location has also discontinued this salad....I’m very sad
I called cactus club south surrey to place a take-out order. The customer service I received on the phone was very poor. In fact, he refused to take my order, directing me to their online platform. I explained that I was driving but he still...refused. He was rushed and rude. Not impressed.
