LITERAL ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE SERVICE!I arrived and sat at the bar at this establishment for 20 minutes without being serviced. The waitress then proceeded to tell me to shut up literally, as I am expressing to her that she hasn’t serviced me yet. She proceeds bias profile me based on my look and aesthetic and calls security who then does the same. I was able to report this matter to management and I am still awaiting what the consequences will be moving forward for the working parties. However, this has been a terrible experience that actually started really good on my initial sit down.
I lived in Houston for 36 years and was a regular at the original Cadillac Bar and Restaurant. Although the Vegas Cadillac is good, it's doesn't compare with the original.Having said that, the food is good. The cheese enchiladas with chili gravy were very good. The fajita nachos were excellent, and the Mexican burger was outstanding.However, although the carnitas were tasty, they weren't pulled apart, they were more chopped/shredded into small pieces which caused them to be on the dry side.Overall, a great place to dine at a reasonable price. We enjoyed it.
Excellent food in enormous quantities. My friend and i shared some chips and dips as an appetiser, and we were almost full by the time the main course arrived. Some minus points on the atmosphere for the huge screens everywhere, which I realise is a very Vegas thing, but I still don't like it.
I came here to get Riesling at the bar. They didn't have it, but they had Kendall Jackson and Fetzer which would be better than the Chardonnay I ordered. I couldn't see the menu because it was too dark. I came in last year and ate a chicken salad at a table near the entrance.

Absolutely delicious! You have to try the birria tacos—they're incredible! My only gripe is that there were only two tacos instead of three. However, with the chips and all the dips, it turned out to be just the right amount of food.
This place was sooo good. Very affordable combos. The good was excellent. The crispy taco was excellent. Everyone's food at our table was great. The server was very sweet. Definitely can't wait to come back here again. ?
We had a great time here! Food was amazing. I had a mexican burger and it will haunt me forever. My daughter said best taco shes ever had! Sooo good! Definitely be back!
I wouldn’t recommend the guacamole and chips. The chips were okay, but the guacamole was packed with chunks and strips of lettuce!

Ordered food and resturant said they never got my order. Took my $40 and wouldn’t let me get a refund.
It's load place, like sport bar with a lot of screens.Beef burrito was so good.Mararita is good too.
