The staff here are friendly and helpful, making it a great spot for cyclists. It's also wheelchair accessible. They serve beautiful coffee and delicious cakes, along with a variety of tasty snacks. The indoor seating area is quiet and inviting, and there's even a small sports clothing shop by Kelly Holmes. This is a lovely place to enjoy a respite from the weather, with a cozy back area and a small front space. It’s perfect for dog owners too, as it's spacious enough for pets to join you at your table.
This café is very cozy. I ordered the vultures (which might be a mix-up in translation, possibly referring to a specific dish). The service was very efficient. The poached eggs were perfectly done, but I found about eight bits of something in the bowl, which was a bit off-putting since the rest of the dish was well executed. I've been coming back for a long time, but I can’t order any dishes that contain eggs, unfortunately.
Interesting background to the café and very good environment/atmosphere. Friendly staff and quick service keep you from waiting. Food is served on really nice wooden platters. I had a great potatoe, leek and spinach soup with crusty, seeded brown bread. Reasonable prices. Loads of cakes, juices coffees and similar things. Definitely worth a visit!
I popped in for a coffee as I was passing by. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, the staff were professional and welcoming, the coffees were reasonably priced and tasted great. I'll be back in the next time I'm in the area. I also noticed it was incredibly child friendly, which as a parent is great to see. Réservez une table maintenant
The bike service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. However, there was an issue with the butter cake, which was quickly replaced with a folded jacket and removed from the display. I believe the baker should taste the product themselves. Overall, I’m giving it four stars.
