We have been here a few times and the breakfasts here are consistently goodThe servings are huge,thick toast with your choice of 2 of bacon,eggs,sausage,mushrooms etc. etc. for under $10 mounds if we'll cooked bacon and two eggs cooked to your liking served piping hot,We go on a Sunday and people watch the market goers,the coffee is worth ordering too
They couldn't make a chicken, cheese and onion toasted sandwich apparently because it's a public holiday but offered a pre-made one from the fridge ... then charged 15% extra for a public holiday on Easter Saturday. As far as I'm aware it's not a public holiday. What a rip off. Food and coffee below average anyway. Won't be back.
Pleasant, friendly service, nice meals and flavoursome milkshakes were just what we hoped for and all were forthcoming. Quite a few other diners - mainly older people - gave the cafe a pleasant ambience. We did wait some time for our food (the milkshakes had long been consumed) but we were in no hurry. We'd happily return.
Ordered Lasagna, wonderful with many gluten free options I could have chosen. Wife had Carbonara.Fresh and tasty, just what the doctor ordered on a cold day.Lovely people.First holiday for years and it's great to get information from the owner, so good to see they had time to talk about gluten free. Had the Eggs Benedict during the Sunday markets yesterday. It was delicious and very filling. Went back today and had the Bacon and Egg breakfast. Once again it was a very filling and tasty meal. Highly recommend them for a satisfying breakfast. We will be back.
Great place for a market breakfast. After walking the entire length of the market and actually looking for a cafe to sit down to have bacon and eggs we found this cafe. Reasonable prices and great tasting. Coffee wasn't amazing but I didn't expect it to be.
A simple ham and salad sandwich which came as a virtual salad sandwich due to the millimetre thick sliver of plastic ham all for $9.10. If they charge that extortionate price at least have leg ham. Won't be back.
