Das Servicepersonal war zwar freundlich, aber völlig unprofessionell. Schon beim Eintreten wird man damit konfrontiert, dass man maximal zwei Stunden bleiben kann. Ziemlich aggressiv wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass sich jede Person einzeln von der Familie registrieren muss. Kontrolliert wird dies anschliessend jedoch nicht. Dann lässt man sich aber mit der Bestellungsaufnahme viel Zeit, obwohl wir ja angehalten sind, uns zu beeilen mit dem Essen. Es wird mehrmals nachgefragt, was wir denn schon wieder bestellt hätten und dann wird das Essen doch falsch gebracht. Der Glas Wein wird einfach eingeschenkt, ohne die Flasche zu zeigen. Das Kindermenu für Kleinkinder wird auf grossen heissen Erwa...
We stayed at the Royal Plaza Hotel a beautiful five-star hotel on Lake Geneva) and after running the Prominade we were back to the hotel restaurant for a lit dinner. We had a big lunch and we're not so hungry. I ordered a...hamburger without cheese and my wife ordered a plate of vegetables. The hamburger came with cheese and a kind of cut truffle on the burger I did not demand. The burger had a very strange taste my wife, who does not like truffles, said it was the added truffle). In any case, her vegetable plate was not very good and I had to scrub the burger down. This small meal cost us CHF 75 for a burger and a small dish of vegetables that were not very delicious. We won't be back.
Terribly sad birthday dinner. Very poor service (long minutes to take the first order for the drinks, one by one! We asked to change tables as one with lake view was available but needed to be cleared. The response was: you must wait till I clean when I have a minute !!! Average food No sides were proposed with the Tagine, which was sad.
Très bon accueil au café restaurant Bellagio. Cadre idéal en famille, entre ami ou avec son amoureux. Nous n'avions pas trop de temps pour manger (1h30) et le service était un peu long ce samedi midi. Les serveurs sont professionnels et souriants. L'offre de la fourchette.ch à 30,-- est très intéressante.

Average restaurant. I confess that I expected a little more. The food was ok, as was the presentation of the dishes. Professional staff and a place with a beautiful view. The structure is very good.
First time we add lunch at this restaurant situated on the lakeside. We choose the dish of the day (perches) which was well presented and tasty. Friendly and chic atmosphere.
One waiter in particular was very grumpy and not really welcoming... Fortunately a second one arrived who was super nice. We made up and had a good evening
A very beautiful place located on the edge of the lake, offering a menu that will satisfy all taste buds! I recommend !
